What does it mean to "keep it 100?" To "Keep it a buck?" Some may say that it means to be honest or speak your truth, but what is the point of being honest with others if you aren't being honest with yourself? How can you speak your truth if you aren't actually living your truth? If not, then you aren't being 100% REAL. And the only way you can be real, is knowing who you really are. So ask yourself...
Who Am I?
Don't be fooled by society's current definition of identity. Who you are isn't determined by your sexual preferences any more than the country you were arbitrarily born in, or the parents you were to. Who you are is choice of principles. What you stand AS will determine what you stand FOR. Only you can choose your identity, it doesn't choose you. To think otherwise is to give your circumstances power over who you are.
You are NOT a product of your environment. There is no such thing as fate, there is no such thing as destiny, there are only decisions that you make here and now. Tomorrow is only the sum of your yesterdays, lived today. Believing there is a predetermined fate by a god in the sky or devil underfoot can limit you from being all you can be. There is only you. Therefore you have no excuses.
So if you aren't living THAT truth then you aren't being true to yourself!
